All about us
We are a boutique wedding planning & design company based in Seattle, WA. Originally from the United Kingdom, I moved to the US 5 years ago where I ran a global product team for Apple in California, before realizing my dreams of doing something more creative and setting up Rock & Stone in 2017. Since then we’ve taken on 26 incredible clients (and counting!), been featured in blog and magazine publications numerous times (scroll to the bottom of the page for some of our favorite features) and formed relationships, business and personal, with some of the industry’s most talented vendors. To say we love what we do what would be an understatement and we’re excited to welcome you to the Rock & Stone family.
Hey, I’m Amber… I’m kind of a coffee addict but I repeat the manta ‘must drink more water’ daily. I love to travel and at the last count have visited 32 countries. I also love hiking with my husband and two gorgeous pups. I think a meal isn’t a meal without a good bottle of wine. I believe that friendship is the best medicine. Oh, and I did I mention I LOVE weddings....
We specialize in the non traditional and focus on unique and creative celebrations. Our goal is to get to know you and your fiancé so we can design an experience around who you are and what you love. We pride ourself on no two weddings looking the same. We want your guests to say ‘wow, this is so THEM’ and we want you to have the day of your dreams.

Since everybody’s needs are different it can be difficult to give you a one size fits all price, but hey, weddings are expensive and we know you’ll want a rough idea of whether we’re in budget before you invest time in talking more. So here’s an overview of our most popular packages and pricing.
Assistance with finding ceremony and reception venues
Development and management of wedding budget based on client’s needs.
Vendor recommendations, negotiations and booking.
Vendor contract reviews and advisement.
Creation of wedding website and RSVP management as required

Access to Aisle Planner management system to keep track of checklists, timelines, budgeting, payments and so much more.
Customized styling board shared with to Bride & Groom for approval before development of design brief. Unlimited revisions included.
Full design brief including: Color scheme and styling ideas, suggestions on wedding stationery & website providers, ceremony and reception layout & decor, tablescapes, Food & Bar, dessert table, florals, wedding favors, and any other personalized ideas and styling ideas to give your wedding the wow factor!
Suggestions on, and liaison with, all design based vendors to fully communicate concepts and agree styling.
Unlimited email communication
Regular virtual or in person design meetings, depending on client location and availability.
On site Styling
The art of making your wedding look amazing! We’ll be there on the day to oversee set up and ensure the design you fell in love with comes to life. Having spent so much time planning the perfect layout and decor, executing on that vision is one of the most fun parts!
From the small things like making sure the place settings look perfect, ensuring the signage is correctly placed, stealing bits of greenery and stray flowers from the florist to adorn an empty corner, to the larger things, like erecting ceremony backdrops and styling the perfect lounge area. We have one goal in mind; to create the perfect aesthetic for you and your guests and to ensure your pictures all look incredible.
We can also help with styling a flat lay of your stationery and paper goods, and any other details you want your photographer to capture.
Our designs are so important to us, so we always insist on styling when you book one of our design packages. But, we are also very happy to style a DIY wedding, you give us a box of stuff and we make the magic happen!
month of coordination
A pre wedding venue walkthrough 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Advice on timings and logistics, design suggestions and last minute vendor recommendations where necessary.
A detailed timeline for the run up to the wedding and the day itself, which will be shared with you and your vendors 2 - 3 weeks prior to the wedding.
Communication with your vendors in the week prior to the wedding, to answer any questions and problem solve where required. Our job is to ensure you can look forward to your big day without any last minute stress!
On the day, we will be there to greet and manage your vendors and guests, ensure events run to schedule and deal with any little issues that may arise before you even notice them! Whether you want someone on site from beginning to end, or just need a little support to make sure the ceremony goes of without a hitch we've got a package to give you peace of mind.

Full service Planning & Design $6500
Includes venue sourcing, planning, design, styling and coordination.
Stylist on site for set up.
Coordinator on site for the duration of your wedding and to oversee teardown.
partial Planning & Design $5750
Pretty much the same as full service but you’ve already booked your venue.
Design, styling & coordination $3500
All design, styling and coordination items. For those of you who are happy with the big ticket planning pieces but want some help bringing your design ideas into a cohesive plan and someone there to bring it all together for you on the day.
Design & styling $2000
Everything but the coordination piece! Maybe you already booked your day of coordinator, or your venue comes with one but you still need somebody to create the design vision and be there during set up to make sure everything is brought to life as planned.
$1800 for 6 hours and $150 per hour thereafter.
Additional travel & accommodation fees may apply.
