Rattlesnake Lake was the perfect backdrop for this early fall photoshoot. I chose black, orange, green, brown, and white of course, for a sophisticated fall color palette. The tablescape was made up of amber glasses, gold flatware, black plates, local beers, antique faded orange napkins and hand made mountain place names, set off by some quirky eucalyptus pods. The stunning dress is a bespoke bridal gown made by Chicago designer Sarah Varca. Sarah & I met on Instagram when we both in the same position of transitioning careers as a result of our own weddings! It was wonderful to be able to work with her and showcase her incredible design on this shoot.
Our models and photographer Marnie, were total rock stars when it came to wading into the cold lake to get the incredible end of days shots.
